Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities, including assisting with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. The role involves maintaining employee records, helping implement HR policies, and supporting onboarding and induction processes for new hires. The intern will assist in organizing HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and gathering feedback to improve HR services. Additional responsibilities may include supporting documentation, preparing HR reports, and collaborating with different internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications
  • Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Understanding of HR Policies and basic Personnel Management practices.
  • Awareness of Employee Benefits and the importance of fair, transparent HR processes.
  • Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bhubaneswar.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Comfort with using MS Office tools and HR-related software; willingness to learn new HR technologies.
  • Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
