About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern who is interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and real-time hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding support)
  • Post job openings on portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation
  • Support salary negotiation and offer roll-out process
  • Assist in vendor coordination (if required)

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA (HR) / BBA / Any Graduate interested in HR
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
  • Basic understanding of recruitment process
  • Good MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
  • Willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
