About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern who is interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and real-time hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding support)
- Post job openings on portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation
- Support salary negotiation and offer roll-out process
- Assist in vendor coordination (if required)
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (HR) / BBA / Any Graduate interested in HR
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Basic understanding of recruitment process
- Good MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
