Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Mumbai & Gurgaon

Qualification: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding assistance.
2. Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
3. Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining data.
4. Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives.
5. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Skills

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Basic understanding of HR processes and labour laws (preferred).
