Human Resources Intern

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in various HR functions, including drafting and implementing HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration, and managing personnel records. Responsibilities also include helping with recruitment processes, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting HR management tasks.

• Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with emerging tech industries such as Web3 or AI is a plus
