This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual eager to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, community engagement, and HR operations within the arts and culture sector.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, History, Literature, HR, or related field
- Certifications in recruitment, HR, or project management (preferred but not required)
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Essential Experience and responsibilities
- Internship in HR, recruitment, or related fields.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as MS Office Suite and project management platforms.
- Interest in the arts, culture, festivals, or creative industries.

- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and high attention to detail and organisational ability.
