Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Bengaluru. The intern will support the HR team with tasks such as assisting in employee onboarding, managing HR policies, designing employee engagement programs, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee benefits. The role offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end human resource management process, providing a strong foundation to build a career in HR.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes, including HR Management and Personnel Management
• Basic understanding of HR Policies and designing employee engagement initiatives
• Ability to administer and coordinate Employee Benefits effectively
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools is desirable
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
