Role Description:

This is a 3-month, full-time on-site internship opportunity based in Hauz Khas, Delhi, within the Human Resources Department. The selected intern will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support various aspects of the Talent Acquisition function from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment data.

The role provides practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates across multiple roles using various job portals and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on internal and external job portals.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, ensuring all candidate records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support in conducting reference checks and completing pre-onboarding documentation.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and assist in preparing recruitment materials.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve the candidate experience and recruitment processes.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
  • Basic understanding of the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment process.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Technical & Behavioral Skills:
  • Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking capability.
  • Professional communication and stakeholder handling skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
