Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern Recruitment & HR Operations to support our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain end-to-end exposure to talent acquisition and core HR operations. The intern will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support day-to-day recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
- Support offer rollouts, joining follow-ups, and documentation
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support
- Assist in employee onboarding processes, including document collection and induction coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support attendance, leave management, and basic HR MIS reporting
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR communications
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and basic statutory documentation
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- 01 year of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email etiquette
