Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team for a span of 3 months. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR processes, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Organizing and updating personnel files (digital & physical)
- Maintaining HR tools and trackers
- Updating checklists, templates, and documentation repositories
- Supporting data cleanup activities
- Assisting with routine HR operational tasks as needed
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
