Human Resources Intern

We specialize in developing enterprise applications, web and mobile applications, desktop applications, IoT solutions, and cloud solutions using Microsoft.net/.net core platform, Salesforce CRM, Dynamics CRM, Angular, and React Native/Flutter technological stack. Our goal is to provide creative, reliable, and scalable IT solutions to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist for our on-site office in Indore.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, personnel management, employee benefits, HR management, and other HR-related matters. Daily tasks include managing employee records, conducting interviews, hiring, and ensuring organization-wide regulatory compliance. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for maintaining staffing levels and ensuring that Casavo Soft remains compliant with all legal requirements.

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience in managing records, conducting interviews, and hiring
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Knowledge of legal requirements related to HR practices
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR-related software is a plus
