Job Description

HR Intern (Remote)

Stipend: 5,000 per month

Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on performance)

Bloofy is hiring a dedicated and highly accountable HR Intern to manage internal team coordination, performance tracking, onboarding systems, and operational discipline across departments.

This is a high-responsibility role. We are not looking for someone who just understands HR theory we are looking for someone who can execute, follow up, track, and maintain accountability in a fast-paced startup environment.

Role Overview

The HR Intern will be responsible for ensuring that all team members are active, productive, and aligned with company expectations. The role requires continuous monitoring, structured tracking, proactive follow-ups, and proper documentation.

This is a remote role, so strong communication and ownership are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Task & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain a structured daily tracking sheet for all team members
  • Track number of tasks and activities completed per person
  • Ensure daily updates are submitted on time
  • Share performance summaries with management
  • Identify patterns of low productivity or inconsistency

2. Monitoring Activity & Accountability

  • Track inactive or non-responsive team members
  • Follow up to understand the issue and resolve it
  • Monitor repeated cases of delayed responses or inactivity
  • Escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain internal discipline and structure

3. Performance Feedback Coordination

  • Collect structured feedback from department heads
  • Maintain performance documentation
  • Track improvement areas and recurring concerns
  • Ensure team members stay aligned with expectations

4. Onboarding & Documentation Management

  • Maintain updated onboarding documents
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for new team members
  • Share policies, role clarity, and reporting structure
  • Maintain organized employee records and HR documents

5. Internship & Hiring Pipeline Tracking

  • Maintain a tracker of internship end dates
  • Inform management in advance about replacements
  • Help build a pipeline to avoid team gaps
  • Assist in shortlisting and coordination during hiring

6. Exit & Handover Management

  • Ensure proper handover of responsibilities before exit
  • Maintain documentation of transferred roles
  • Report cases where someone exits without proper communication
  • Support appropriate follow-up actions in such cases

Eligibility Criteria

  • Currently pursuing MBA (HR preferred)
  • Must have completed at least 2 prior internships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong follow-up mindset
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
