Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support our HR functions and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, remote work environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop foundational HR skills while contributing to meaningful projects in a growing educational organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Update and maintain organizational databases with current employee contact information and job-related details.
- Review and screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted applicants.
- Manage job postings across relevant social media and online platforms.
- Could you remove job listings once positions are filled
- Could you help organize and plan virtual organizational events
- Draft and send offer letters, onboarding documents, and rejection emails.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Participate in weekly HR team meetings via Google Meet.
Qualifications:- Pursuing or completing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with HR policies and best practices.
- Basic experience or understanding of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving capabilities.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
