Role: HR Intern
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Stipend: 20,000 per month
Duration: 6 Months
Working Days: 6 days a week
Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team and assist with various HR functions. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative support in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist inhiring:JD creation, posting, screening, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts.
- Supportonboarding/offboarding, documentation, and background checks.
- Maintainemployee records, leaves, and payroll data.
- Contribute to employee engagement, feedback collection, and celebrations.
- Help withHR analytics, reports,and process automation.
- Assist in policy updates, compliance (POSH, PIP), and performance review cycles.
- Coordinate HR communications andemployer branding activities.
- Miscellaneous HR Support: Assist with any other HR and administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, and data entry).
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in HR or admin tasks is a plus.
- Psychology background is a plus (not mandatory).
