Human Resources Intern

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Devanahalli for a Human Resources Intern at A-SQUARE MEP CONSULTANTS. The HR Intern will be involved in daily HR operations, including assisting in developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting personnel management processes. Additionally, the intern will help ensure adherence to HR management best practices and participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and concepts
• Experience or studies in HR Management and developing HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and their administration
• Familiarity with Personnel Management processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in an on-site work environment
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn; prior internship or part-time work in HR is a plus
