HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates & interview panel.
  • Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documents and creating employee files.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR functions and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
