We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our Human Resource Information Systems, ensuring efficient HR operations and accurate workforce data management. This role will play a key part in maintaining HR systems, generating workforce insights, and supporting HR teams with data-driven decision-making.

Role Overview

As an HRIS Analyst at Scry AI, you will manage HR systems, maintain employee data, and develop reports and dashboards that support HR operations and strategic workforce planning. You will work closely with HR, IT, and leadership teams to ensure the HRIS platform operates efficiently and supports organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS Administration & System Management

  • Maintain and manage HRIS platforms, including employee records, system configurations, and workflows
  • Ensure accurate data entry, updates, and system integrity across HR systems
  • Support system upgrades, configuration changes, and HRIS implementations

Data Management & Reporting

  • Generate HR reports and dashboards related to workforce metrics, headcount, and employee data
  • Analyze HR data to support talent management, workforce planning, and HR strategy
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve system efficiency
  • Streamline HR workflows related to onboarding, employee records, and performance management
  • Support integration between HR systems and other enterprise platforms

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support

  • Provide technical support and guidance to HR teams using HRIS tools
  • Collaborate with IT and system vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements
  • Document HRIS processes, workflows, and reporting structures

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 25 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR operations, or HR data analytics
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems
  • Strong knowledge of HR data management, reporting, and system configuration
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
