Role Overview
- Manage people operations, workforce management, partner lifecycle, and culture systems across the organization.
- Oversee two talent pipelines: corporate hires and service partners delivering customer-facing services.
- Own the complete people lifecycle, ensuring seamless hiring, onboarding, compliance, and performance management.
- Ensure people operations run efficiently to support the company's scale and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring across all roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Build and manage the partner recruitment pipeline, including background verification, documentation, KYC, and agreement signing.
- Create and maintain HR systems such as attendance tracking, leave management, payroll coordination, and compliance records.
- Draft employment documentation, including offer letters, partner agreements, NDAs, termination letters, and policy documents.
- Design and execute structured onboarding programs for both corporate hires and service partners.
- Manage performance review cycles, including monthly check-ins, quarterly reviews, and improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, including PF, ESI, minimum wage, and contract labor regulations.
- Build and drive culture systems such as team rituals, recognition programs, feedback loops, and conflict resolution mechanisms.
- Coordinate with hub managers on partner grievances, disciplinary actions, and retention initiatives.
