The HR Specialist role at yMedia requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with at least 1 year of HR experience. The primary focus of this position is to support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance. The HR Specialist will work closely with internal teams to foster a positive work environment and contribute to the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Oversee onboarding and HR administration by handling new hire documentation, orientation sessions, maintaining employee records, and responding to general HR inquiries.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives while assisting with compliance tasks, audits, and adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee relations and engagement efforts through internal communications, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives.
- Handle HR metrics, reporting, and miscellaneous administrative tasks while actively participating in team meetings.
