We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team at Harold Electricals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ESI, PF, payroll management, recruitment, and employee data maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, cold calling, screening resumes, and aligning interviews.
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Maintain compliance with ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations.
- Track and manage employee attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
- Support onboarding and exit formalities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining a positive work environment.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and recruitment.
Good understanding of ESI, PF, and labour laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
