We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken HR executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and on-ground HR operations for our Mumbai office. You will work closely with the HR lead based in Delhi for coordination and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Mumbai roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination).
- Handle daily HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee queries.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the Delhi HR team for processes, updates, and operational tasks.
- Support employee engagement, compliance, and general office HR needs.
