Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assisting in end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Maintaining and updating intern and employee databases, attendance, and performance tracking sheets.
- Coordinating onboarding and documentation for new interns/employees.
- Supporting in drafting offer letters, certificates, and HR-related communications.
- Helping plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
- Managing HR-related queries and supporting the HR manager in daily operations
