Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage end-to-end hiring pipelines, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing
- Own partner onboarding documentation and verification workflows
- Build and maintain attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems
- Draft offer letters, agreements, and employment documentation
- Coordinate training and orientation for new hires across hubs
- Support culture-building initiatives, team rituals, recognition, and feedback loops
