Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards, company website, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on criteria.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems or recruitment spreadsheets.
- Follow up with candidates post-interviews.
- Onboarding Support:
- Help prepare onboarding documents and welcome kits for new hires.
- Assist in organizing orientation sessions.
- Ensure completion of necessary forms and documentation.
- Coordinate with IT or admin for new employee setup (email ID, ID cards, etc.).
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee databases (physical and digital records).
- Organize and file HR documents like contracts, appraisal forms, leaves, etc.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive employee information.
- HR Operations & Administration:
- Help with daily administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and answering emails.
- Support payroll/leave/attendance tracking under supervision.
- Coordinate internal events or training sessions.
- Assist in preparing HR reports (e.g., turnover rates, leave balances).
- Employee Engagement Activities:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement programs or celebrations.
- Gather feedback from employees about events or HR initiatives.
- Help create content for internal newsletters or HR communication.
- Compliance & Policy Support:
- Help ensure HR processes align with labor laws and company policies.
- Support in documentation for audits or compliance checks.
- Learning & Development:
- Assist in organizing and tracking employee training sessions.
- Maintain training records and collect feedback post-sessions.
