We are looking for an HR Intern who can support and scale our hiring efforts in a remote and hybrid work environment.
Role Overview
As an HR Intern at Art of Puja, you will be actively involved in hiring and onboarding talent to support our expanding teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, people operations, and startup HR processes in a high-growth organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for internships and full-time roles
Coordinate interviews with internal teams
Support continuous hiring as the company grows month on month
Hire for both remote and hybrid positions
Recruitment Operations
Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates
Onboarding & HR Support
Assist in onboarding new employees and interns
Support HR documentation and record management
Help streamline hiring and onboarding processes
Employer Branding & Growth Support
Assist in strengthening employer branding initiatives
Contribute ideas to attract and retain high-potential talent
Who Should Apply
Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in recruitment and people management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
