Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand current hiring needs and requirements.
- Source and screen resumes for open positions, ensuring alignment with job specifications.
- Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview timings and logistics, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures through the HRMS portal.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the HRMS system.
- Support in onboarding new hires by coordinating documentation and system setup.
- Serve as a point of contact between candidates and interviewers for seamless communication.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to close the recruitment loop efficiently.
- Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements within recruitment and other HR functions.
