Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, sourcing talent, and attracting candidates through job portals and digital hiring channels.
- Review and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates aligned with skill requirements, role expectations, and business objectives.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit, explain job responsibilities, and schedule subsequent interview rounds.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates to streamline interview workflows and ensure a smooth, organized, and timely selection process.
- Maintain recruitment records, interview trackers, and follow-up documentation while supporting onboarding activities and managing essential HR paperwork.
