Work Details

  • Base Location: Pune
  • Work Mode: 5 days working from office
  • Must have experience managing large recruitment teams,
  • Must have experience in RFPs and pricing proposals and HR Transformation projects
  • Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a large team of recruiters across multiple locations, ensuring performance targets and hiring goals are met.
  • Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Handle vendor and stakeholder management across business units and geographies.
  • Manage and close RFPs and pricing proposals within defined timelines.
  • Design and update recruitment procedures to align with business needs and market trends.
  • Participate in recruitment audits and compliance activities to ensure adherence to internal and external standards.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies, including social recruiting and digital platforms.
  • Lead and support HR project management initiatives across functions.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
  • Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, campus drives, and career events.
  • Coordinate closely with senior HR and business leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
