Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Work on the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring team managers to understand job requirements and help post job openings on different platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, track interview feedback, and support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, HR documentation, and maintaining employee records.
