Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across departments.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Facilitate pre-boarding and onboarding formalities for new hires.
- Ensure timely induction sessions, documentation, and system access setup.
- Collect feedback from new joiners and contribute to improving onboarding workflows.
- Assist the HR with delegated tasks.
- Take care of IT support with employees.
