Key Responsibilities

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Help new hires with the onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating their integration into the team.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and document files.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide support in preparing HR-related reports, managing office supplies, and organizing employee events.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing team-building activities and employee feedback sessions.
  • HR Best Practices: Learn and apply best practices in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
