Human Resources (HR) Internship in Gurgaon

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and recruitment dashboards using MS Excel.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities.
• Draft job descriptions and post openings on recruitment platforms.
