- Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding by preparing letters, collecting documents, and coordinating induction.
- Maintain employee records, leave/attendance data, and assist in payroll inputs.
- Help plan employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Organize compliance forms and support policy updates.
- Handle basic employee queries and assist in HR reports/projects.
