Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support end-to-end talent acquisition: sourcing, screening, interview coordination & offer rollouts
- Assist with onboarding & joining formalities
- Support HR operations including employee records, trackers, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for hiring and HR requirements
- Assist in employee engagement & HR initiatives
- Support generalist activities across performance, policies, and compliance (as required)
