Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in day-to-day HR departmental activities and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and ensure timely follow-ups on pending actions.
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing candidates through job portals, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives as required.
Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (6 days a week)
