Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Source and recruit candidates for IT & non-IT roles using job portals, databases, and social media
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Perform candidate assessments, reference checks, and background verification
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
