Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment through platforms like Internshala and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
- Support onboarding, documentation, and orientation processes
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Employee Experience & Engagement
- Support initiatives to build a positive and inclusive work culture
- Assist in employee communication, feedback collection, and engagement activities
- Coordinate internal meetings and team-building initiatives
- HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Assist with leave tracking and basic payroll coordination
- Support compliance with internal HR policies and procedures
- Strategic & Founder Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the Founder's Office
- Help prepare reports, trackers, and basic HR dashboards (Excel/Sheets)
- Coordinate with internal teams for task follow-ups and operational alignment
