Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal files, and leave records).
- Process employee payroll, benefits, and expense reimbursements in coordination with finance.
- Organize employee training, development programs, and performance evaluations.
- Support HR-related documentation for government or audit purposes.
- Searching for key personnel CVs to support the tender bidding process.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and technical clarifications when required.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for technical and non-technical roles.
