As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Bikanervala Foods Private Limited (Bikano), you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as onboarding, recruitment, employment engagement, and file management. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires, assist in recruitment efforts to attract top talent, engage employees through various activities and initiatives, and maintain organized and up-to-date employee files.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as updating HR policies and procedures, conducting employee surveys, and analyzing HR data.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and preparing HR documents.
- Learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, gaining valuable skills and experience in the field of human resources.
