- Assist in Payroll, Compliance, PF, ESI, recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress.
- Support performance management processes by collecting feedback and assisting in performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to improve HR processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including organizing files and maintaining HR databases.
