Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support our HR team in managing core operational processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations including documentation, data management, and compliance
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, induction scheduling)
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams for document verification, audits, and engagement activities
Manage internship lifecycle support including shortlisting, interview coordination, and feedback tracking
Assist in HR reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks
Key Skills Required
Attention to Detail Accuracy in handling employee data and documentation
MS Excel & Data Handling Ability to manage trackers, reports, and data efficiently
Communication Skills Clear and professional verbal & written communication
Organizational Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Confidentiality & Integrity Handling sensitive HR information responsibly
Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
