Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage the recruitment cycle under supervision from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic discussions to assess suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate records in the HR database
- Assist in creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and promoting open positions
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support recruitment reporting and maintaining relevant dashboards
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
