We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our human resources team in recruitment & employee engagement. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (50%):
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in vendor coordination and campus hiring initiatives.
- Support recruitment activities including candidate communication and offer coordination.
- Employee Engagement & Relations (40%) :
- Address employee queries and support effective internal communication.
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and team events.
- Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Support team members to organize and implement team bonding activities.
- Supports in policy development and implementation.
- HR Operations (10%):
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HR reports for manager review.
- Support new hire orientation and help employees understand company policies and processes.
- Vendor management and maintaining relationship.
- Onboarding and Offboarding activities.
