Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, and contracts.
- Coordinate background verification and joining formalities.
- Design and conduct staff induction and orientation programs.
- Draft and implement HR policies and staff handbooks.
- Implement POSH policy and grievance redressal mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and institutional regulations.
- Maintain discipline, code of conduct, and escalation processes.
- Maintain employee records and manage HRMS.
- Track probation, confirmations, renewals, and exits.
- Support performance review and appraisal processes.
- Handle resignations, exit formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts.
- Support statutory compliance, including PF and ESIC.
- Assist founders in setting up HR systems and SOPs.
- Support culture building and internal staff communication.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
