We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, HR operations, and support the overall human resource functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR database.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and HR reports.
- Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Coordinate with management regarding HR policies and employee concerns.
- Assist in training and development programs.
- Ensure HR compliance and company policies are followed.
