Key RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating necessary paperwork
- Assist in processing payroll and benefits administration
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee attendance records and leave management system
- Support employee performance management processes by tracking performance evaluations and providing necessary documentation
- Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including supervising staff, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, responding or redirecting them as appropriate
- Prioritize incoming requests and handle them promptly and efficiently
- Maintain business liaison with clients & suppliers
- Learning travel tools & using them for sales & operations
- Occasionally travel along with school groups as a tour manager
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business-related documents as required
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion & professionalism
