We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive who is fluent in Hindi and English to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with the organization's talent needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment life cycle from understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews in Hindi and English.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Draft and post job descriptions and advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the process.
- Support HR team in other activities such as employee engagement, documentation, and onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in recruitment (preferred in [industry, e.g., IT, manufacturing, retail, etc.]).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
