Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Mange end to end recruitment processes including sourcing,
screening, interviewing and onboarding new hires.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process payroll inputs, handle leave and
attendance systems.
- Operational Support: Overseas day to day operations of the office, coordinate with overseas
education partners and internal teams to ensure smooth student application processing and service
delivery.
- Vendor & Facility Management: Liaise with service providers (e.g., IT, Housekeeping, travel) and
ensure that all office facilities and operational tools are functioning efficiently.
- Process Improvement & Reporting: Assist in developing SOPs for HR and administrative tasks;prepare periodic reports on HR metrics and operational performance for senior management
