WelkinRim an IIT Madras Incubated Startup working on the field of motors, motors control.

Inclined towards developing propulsion systems and other subsystems for aerial drones.

We are a team of 15 and have expertise in the field of Power electronics, firmware

development, product development and are currently scouting out to find people who can

complement the skill sets.

Job Summary - Human Resource Executive

The HR Executive will work closely with the founders and core teams across engineering and

product development to build a strong organizational culture and support the company's

growth. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee

engagement while ensuring alignment with Welkinrim's values and vision. The candidate will

act as a bridge between the management and employees, maintaining confidentiality,

fostering collaboration, and implementing HR processes that enable performance and

long-term retention.

Essential Functions / Job Duties and skills.

Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment cycle for engineering, operations, and support roles

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define hiring needs and source top talent

Drive the performance management cycle through structured documentation and evaluations

Develop and implement training plans for new hires and existing team members

Update, manage, and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory norms

Plan and execute team-building initiatives to foster culture and employee engagement

Maintain and update employee handbooks, policy documents, and on boarding materials

Support day-to-day HR operations, benefits administration, and employee grievance handling
