Role : HR Generalist
Location: Mumbai (Remote)
*Note: Preference will be given to candidates based in Mumbai.*

Key Responsibilities:
Note: This role involves a balanced mix of responsibilities across Talent Acquisition (50%) and HR Operations (50%), requiring the candidate to effectively manage both recruitment and core HR operational processes.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance, exits).
- Maintain employee data, HRIS, and HR reports.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination.
- Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
- Drive HR initiatives, employee engagement, and training coordination.
- Address employee HR queries and support employee lifecycle processes.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- 610 years experience in HR operations/generalist role.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
- Strong communication and data management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
