OVERVIEW


The Human Resources Generalist is in charge of the Human Resources department's daily operations. The Human Resources Generalist conducts all Human Resources matters (all processes in the employee life cycle) with more autonomy and efficiency than the HR Administrator. In some locations the Human Resources Generalist may also be responsible for benefits administration and payroll. This position ensures compliance with local laws and internal policies and procedures. Is able to handle more complex processes and be involved in employee relations cases. Is expected to propose improvements to internal procedures and to handle more than one location
